I am in the process of building a pool and it comes with 2 Jandy wphv500ws100 inside a Jandy PLNICLRG niche. I was hoping to replace the bulbs inside the fixture (500watt) with LEDs before the pool is finished. The manual for the light fixture says to only replace the lamp with one of the same wattage, will using a 35 watt LED damage it? Are there any LEDS that would work?
