I have a Pentair P6R6f-207L pump servicing a pool of about 21k gallons. I also have a separate pump driving my Polaris 280 cleaner system.
Being honest, I twisted off the impeller screw (left hand thread) while disassembling the pump to clean the impeller. I started the drill/ezout process but got the hole off center in the motor shaft. So now I’m thinking would be a good time to replace the motor.
The existing moter is a Century SQ1152/K48M2PA105C4 running as single phase 230v 1-1/2 HP with a service factor of 1.47.
What motor would you recommend to replace this and whatever reasons you can give for the recommendation would be appreciated.
