Replacement Pump Motor

I have a Hayward Super Pump II (model: SP3015EEAZ). I need to replace the motor because it stopped working. It currently has a Centurion B129 1.5 HP SF 1.3 (164304), but I was wondering if that was the best replacement option. I know you carry more energy efficient models.  Can you make a recommendation?

Hello Chris - Thank you for contacting Inyo. The more energy efficient single speed option is model B796.

The most energy efficient option is model ECM27CU. That is a 2.7hp variable speed motor.

We recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. The seal kit is part number GOKIT2. Use GOKIT2SALT if you have salt water.
