I have n in ground pool, 26,000 gal. with a 2HP dual speed pump. I want to replace my C4000 cartridge filter system, due to many replacement parts being discontinued, with a new Hayward DE 3620 filter unit and Vari-Flow 1 1/2 " Control. Will this DE filter handle my current water capacity and pump size?
We’d recommend the Hayward DE4820 due to the 2HP pump. If you have 2" plumbing, I’d go with a 2" Vari-Flo valve. That way you’re not restricting as much the 1.5" Vari-flo.
I should have asked this question earlier. I bought and have received both the DE 3620 and the 1 1/2" Control. What is the procedure to return or exchange these for the recommended filter and control? What is the restocking fee?
