My T-CELL-15 is only a few months old and all has been producing chlorine then suddenly there are no lights on the control board display, and no chlorine produced at all. The display always shows 4200 salt, temp, desired output, software revision (1.58) and Cell Type (T-15). all the other displays are 0.00. I checked all the circuits listed on the Hayward troubleshooter guide and see no problems. the fuse is good, all the voltages are correct, etc. Removed the display board and tested the 7 pins. DC voltages: 1-3=0; (It says to replace DSP if DC voltage is 3-5V). 1-4=5V, as are 1-5, 1-6 and 1-7. So what’s wrong??
