Need a new pump to replace our Jacuzzi 1.5HP SPL. Currently pumping a 30-32,000 gallon pool with a Jacuzzi 225L Sand filter that pumps 53 gallons per minute. We are looking at the Carvin Magnum Force 1.5 HP, would this be compatible? Thank you.
Lindsay - Could you post a picture of your complete pump as well as a picture of the motor label? This will help us determine if the Magnum is the correct replacement pump.

It looks like you have the Jacuzzi SLR series. We have a replacement but it is for 115v only. The model number is 94027794.
Well we ordered the Carvin from you last night since we are pressed for time and didnt find the one you posted… guess we should have waited. Our pool is currently a green pond in our back yard. Will the carvin work ok for us? Ive heard good reviews about it

Just got the pump in! That was fast! It’s much larger than my old pump and I am worried it may not fit properly next to my sand filter. I also worry it may overload my filter which ws my original concern. What is your return policy in case I need to exchange this for the other pump you mentioned?
Also, you said the volts is only 115, what does that mean in terms of preformance compared to what we have?
