I have been searching endlessly to find a way to replace seals and work on pool lights without draining my pool. I saw this interesting product which was used by a pool company in this video: YouTubeMJzgZNejYiQ
After contacting a couple companies I have found the product called Dry Works II. Only a couple websites listed it, but as obsolete. I did find the company the manufactures it but they only sell to distributors.
Anyone have any additional information on this product?
