I just replaced my pump motor, purchased the tune up kit and replaced all gaskets, o-rings and shaft seal, and also replaced my impeller, but still getting a small leak coming from the bottom near where the motor connects to the pump housing.
I just noticed that Inyo also sells saltwater tune-up kits (PureLine Hayward Super II Saltwater Seal Kit - Model GOKIT2SALT - INYOPools.com) - could that be the problem? I do have a saltwater pool but purchased the regular tune-up kit as I didn’t realize there was a salt water kit.
Any other thoughts on where the leak may be coming from?
