steel stabilizer upgrade to resin

Hello!  Our liner has a big hole and needs replacement.  We figured why not replace the top parts too.  The inner stabilizer bars have rusted into the pool real bad.  What exactly is included in the resin upgrade package?  Does it include the top piece that is on top of the pillars too?  The metal plates?  Those are also rusty.  Do you include the skrews too?
