System upgrade, some things not working

Hello

We installed a AquaPod2, the receiver, and upgraded our circuit board for the new firmware for Aqualogic

We cannot get the pool to switch to spillover (only gives options for pool and spa) and the heater is not turning on.  There is power to the heater but we cannot get it to start the heater from the controller or from the actual heater itself.

Any ideas?
