Tri sensor not reading pool temp

After a power dip, my tri sensor will not show a reading for the pool temperature, therefore not allowing the salt cell to generate chlorine. The temperature works in spa mode, just not pool mode. I have reversed my valves to allow the pool to think it is in spa mode so that I can generate chlorine, but I was hoping to find out if the problem is in my main board. The tri sensor is brand new, the chlorine generator and tri sensor were just replaced in August.

I’m not quite sure what to make of the information shared. This customer should call us and speak to our tech support / warranty team to further assist. If this is a homeowner they need to speak to our pool owner techs by selecting the appropriate selections in the call system. We can not troubleshoot the board or anything electrical with the pool owner.

Thanks for trying, I too got a message from Jandy telling me to call a tech. I was hoping someone in the forum would have already had this issue. The board costs $200, I will probably purchase one and hope it fixes the problem.

I appreciate your time and attempt to fix my problem, I will update the thread when I end up ordering and installing the new board.
