I am going to replace the pump with a varispeed My pool is aprroximately 15,000 gallons and I am located in central Florida. Currently, I run my pump 4 - 8 hours a day depending on cuurent weather and usuage. In the cooler months less run time. On / Off is controllled by an Intermatic Timer.

When I install the varisppeed pump should I eliiminate the Intermatic Control, and rely the program options on the varispeed pump ? I would appreciate your input and guidance. JAyB
