VSP motor upgrade for k48l2pa105

Hi there,

I have a 1HP  k48l2pa105.

what VSP motor should I be looking for to upgrade? Do I need to also upgrade impeller as well?

my pump is a STA-RITE pump if that helps.

Jeff, the variable speed replacement motor is the model ECM16SQU that you can view by clicking here. You do not necessarily need to replace the impeller unless you would like to get the full max horsepower out of the new motor when at high RPM’s. In order to cross-reference that impeller, we will need the specific Sta-Rite pump model name or number.
