Water Jet outlet mechanism needs to have longer threads on it

I have a fiberglass pool that has been resurfaced 23 years ago.  Best thing we ever - love the outcome and the way it turned out. Looks as pristine as the day we had it done.   The one issue I am having is with my water outlet jet.  With the resurfacing the the side of the pool was built up a bit.  As a result the water outlet jet did not thread in as tightly as it did before.  There are less threads that are engaged with the thing that holds the little eyeball. that can be changed to get a higher stream pressure.  In the last few months, the whole eyeball mechanism will sometime blow off from the pressure of the pump.  I need a mechanism that is about a half inch longer so I can screw it in tiightly,  It appears to be a Hayward mechanism.  Anyone know where I can get the mechanism with a longer threading portion.

Hi Jerold,

I would suggest this Pentair Long Body Wall Fitting for Fiberglass Pools as it is a little longer than the standard pool wall fitting.
