Is there a way to fix the femal screw inset that came out of the assembly? When screwing in the bolt it pulled the femal insert right out of the housing so now it all leaks. We tried liquid weld but it’s not holding
Hello AliceSmith - You can try something like JB Welds WaterWeld. That has worked for some people in the past. Other than that, we don’t have any other options except for replacing the wet end. If you let us know the make and model of the pump, we can provide you the part number for the assembly.
We just purchased the century variable speed from you ecm27squ , I was afraid you would say that we tried the jb weld.
The ECM27SQU motor can be used on several pumps. Do you know the make and model of the pump side? If not, you can post a picture of the complete pump.
