What pump do I have and what is the correct base for it?

I have an existing pump at a new property and I am trying to figure out what brand/model it is.

The pump housing has no label on it, but the motor has a label that says USQ1102 MOD. C48K2PA104C5. Here are pictures of the pump and the motor label.

I think it’s a Pentair pump? I have bo idea if the motor is the one originally paired with the pump or a replacement.

I am also looking for the correct stand/base for it. As you can see from the first picture, the housing has to be an inch higher than the motor for it to sit right, even then the base was modified with some cuts, to get it to kind of work. The current stand says C4-42P but again I think this is not the correct stand. Someone even made cuts on the stand to try to retrofit it to get it to work.

Any idea what this pump is and what stand fits it?

It looks like you have the Sta-Rite Dyna-Glas/Dyna-Max. The correct base is part number C4-77P. Click Here to View the Pump Base for the Dyna-Glas/Dyna-Max
