Whisper Flow 2 speed motor will not switch to high

I just installed a Whisper flow B29842 HP 2 SPEED 230V EE56Y ODP SQFL MOTOR and cannot get it to go into high speed.  An ideas???

With new motors, it’s normally a wiring issue. Double-check the wiring diagram on the motor.
