I have a whisper flo 3/4 hp pump pentair PN 071313 I see three options for replacement: PN B852, B661, and B2980T are those the correct replacements? What are the pro’s and con’s for 10,000 gal pool that is run 4.5 moths/year?
I can’t see a model # to find a seal kit, but the SN is 0326014090066T, install date 8/2011, from this information can you tell me if there is a kit?

The direct replacement would be model B2661. That is a full rated 3/4 HP single speed motor.
The B2852 would not be the correct replacement. That is a 3/4HP uprated motor.
The B2980T would be a 2-speed option with a digital controller. This motor seems to fail prematurely.
We’d recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. The seal kit for the Whisperflo is GOKIT32.

The B2980T fails. The digital control on the 2-speed model is designed as well as their variable speed option.
