Phyllis – I assume you are talking about replacing a worn spider gasket. To find your spider gasket, type “spider gasket” in our search box- upper left corner – and hit “Go”. This will show you pictures of the spider gaskets we sell.Reply

Sharon,Check to see if you have any cracks in the plastic walls between the waste chamber and the one ones adjacent to it. Also check for cracks in the handle assembly above the gasket (or under it if you flip the handle assembly over).

Tribianni - The only part you need to lubricate on a multiport valve is the o-ring, after you take it off the tank.Reply

Did this happened after you replaced and glued in the gasket? Could glue have spilled over to the top of the gasket and adhered to the top ot the valve? If you didn't just replace the gasket, the gasket might have torn and blocked the movement of the valve. This often happens if you do not depress the handle fully before rotating it. See if your gasket is still intact.Reply
