What is the sunshade factor of this cover? Are all hardware components for installation included? My pool is 15x38, will this 16x38 work ?

Hi Chris, yes these covers do come with the necessary hardware needed for installation on a concrete pool deck. This cover may work for your swimming pool however if the cover rubs in areas where the pool size doesn't match it may void the warranty. We recommend for a custom cover be made for your size swimming pool. You would need to fill this custom cover safety form and email that to us at upload@inyopools.com for us to get you an estimate.

There should not be any rubbing. What is the sunshade factor of this cover? 80% 90% 95% 99% ?

Hello Chris, the rubber shown in the photo would be the ware guards to keep the unit from rubbing on the deck. The SAP mesh is rated at 90%. We do offer a custom PRO Mesh that is rated at 98%.
