i use super concentrated algaecide. when i add water to the pool, the water foams up. You guy told me to use shock to take care the algaes. The clorine level in the pool at the max. Will this high chlorine level hurts the plaster or the pool equitments? What other algaecide yousell does not cause forming? Thanks

Hi Kam, You will need to use shock with this algaecide, to reduce foaming I would recommend mixing this product with water before adding it to the pool. If the chlorine level is high for a short period of time it will not harm the pool surface or equipment. The algaecides we have can cause foaming depending on the pool chemistry.

I am closing my pool for the winter and I was told that I should put a super algaecide in before covering. Do you recommend this and is the product you would recommend to use? Thank you.
