Have an Emerson T55MWCCE-1208 2speed motor in a Jacauzzi J385 spa tub. When pushing button 1, just get a humming noise. Is pump bad or might it be a bad capacitor? If so, not sure where to locate a new one!

Rex, Inspect the capacitor to see if it has been shorted out or released and residual from inside. Get us the MFD and the voltage off of the old capacitor and we can get you a replacement.

Hi Edward, The BN62 can be used as a substitute for this motor.
