Are the wheels on this pool vac made of rubber? I have new plaster. Thanks very much.

Hi Linda, The wheels on this Vac Head is plastic, not rubber.

Can I use it on vinyl pools or just concrete???

Hello Sara, I would recommend the Vacuum with Air Relief Valves or the Vinyl Liner Vac Head Model # NA308 for above ground or in-ground vinyl lined pools.
