How well does this solar cover hold up on a pool with salt chlorination? Will the warranty affected in any way? Thanks

The residue from the salt will decrease the life expectancy of most materials including solar covers. How long the cover will last will depend on the concentration of chlorine and the salt level. The manufacturer's warranty will not be affected. The manufacturer's warranty will only cover manufacturer defects such as delamination and seam separation.
