FYI both part numbers work for the dolphine premier according to Maytronics. Thanks for your help. Original question: What is the difference between part number 9995872-DIY and 9995873-DIY

Robert, According to Maytronics the Cable and Swivel Assy 9995872-DIY is a "2 prong cable" and the Cable and Swivel Assy (9995873-DIY) is a "3 Prong" cable. The 3 Prong Cable is for other feature like if you have remote or can have different timer etc, if your unit has that capability.
