I ordered this pump head replacement. Is there an o-ring that comes with it?

Hi Andy, The O-ring you need depends on which Aqua Flo Master pump you ordered the side discharge cover for. If you have a CMHP pump, the O-ring is 4700-05A. If you have a FMHP pump, the O-ring is 5120-04  The O-ring goes between the cover and the Volute.
