Is this hose just for pool cleaners or could I use any hose I have laying around? I have a grey leader hose but the other hoses are white and I had them. The navigator doesn't move well or at all, even thought I replaced the feet pods and the flapper fins -which move freely when I pull up the navigator. I have a fiberglass pool.

Hi, Joya. You will need to adapt the grey leader hose to the head of the Navigator. The hose sections are offered in white or grey, it is suggested to use only the 4' hose sections designed for the vacuum. I would recommend to service the Internal parts of the Navigator or check the filtration system if the vacuum is not operable after replacing the external items.
