My cleaners suction is great, but the unit won't move, I've try rd everything. Any ideas? Thanks

Yes you can always call the manufacturer at (866) 772-2100 for additional tech support/troubleshooting. If it is a new cleaner then they may be able to deem it a defective unit. If so please have the contact information of the tech that confirms that then provide that information to the retailer that you purchased the unit with.
