I am looking for a new heater for my 24' Round above ground. Have Hayward Propane h110, when it works, it is ok. I want to have more heating power and quicker. Not sure of elevation difference in NJ, would the 156a be more than adequate?

Good afternoon Jim,The higher the BTU's the quicker your pool will heat up. Also, a good pool cover will help in heating up your pool as well as maintaining the heat so you don't have to run your heater as much.
