I have a Pentair Amerilite 7885XX currently, currently equipped with a 500 watt, 120 volt bulb. I'm wanting to upgrade the bulb only (if possible) to LED type. Will this bulb work in my fixture? If not, is there one that will, and will I need to change anything else to make this modification?

For the Pentair Amerlite you can use the Colorsplash LED bulb and we recommend replacing the gasket which you have 3 choices at key 7 on this parts diagram.
