Hello,Here is a parts break down for the Supra Max Waterway SMF Pump Parts. The diagram indicates there is a Screw, Impeller (left Thread) (#24 on the key) that holds the impeller to the shaft of the motor. The screw is left threaded, or cross threaded, meaning it turns to the left to tighten and right to loosen. Once the screw is removed, you can this remove the impeller. Also, when removing the impeller and screw, remember to lock the motor shaft by accessing the back of the motor and using a wrench to hold the exposed back portion of the shaft.
