I have a Pentair O-177474-01, 1 HP, 1.21 SF, 1.24 SFHP, 56Y frame motor that's failing. I'm selling the house and don't mind spending a little more for a better product, but am looking for a recommendation or two that will retrofit without much fuss. Maybe a slightly more efficient single speed unless you have a better recommendation. Thanks in advance.

Hi Gabe, The B661 motor will be my recommendation for an energy efficient replacement. It has the same total Hp of the B853 and is a better motor.
