I have an old Polaris 380 with a broken top cover PN 9-100-1141 and see that it is no longer available and should be replaced with a PN 3263-126 cover. My question is, if I do this; then will all of my other internal Polaris components fit to this new Cover assembly without further modification? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Yes you should not have to modify any other internal parts due to this assembly being the new replacement.
