Hello Rich, From the model number you provided, it shows you have a Hayward Super 2 Pump. According to the Hayward Super 2 Parts List, you can replace your 2HP single speed motor with the A.O. Smith 2 H.P Round Flange Dual Speed Full Rate Motor (B979). If your HP on the motor is different, you can reference the parts list for the applicable equivalent dual speed motor.
