Attempting to order 18x36 clear in ground cover @,189.99 Site shows free shipping but when checking out shipping charge is added What's up?

Hello Randall, there is free shipping on items that when you see "ADD TO CART" it is located below that. If you don't see Free Shipping under the ADD TO CART"
