I bought one of these covers in 2011 and it has come apart at one of the seams. Was it originally glued together or welded. if glued what glue do I need to get it to bond? IE: super glue , PVC glue, vinyl????

Hi, Alan. The covers are not glued together at the seams but it's welded or molded.
