Hello, the exploded view of the Manta Baracuda (inground) is not very clear to me as to where to install the compression ring. Should it be slid down the inner pipe to go over the diaphragm where the retaining ring on the diaphragm is? Please help.

Hello - I have a much better diagram of the explolsion of the Baracuda Manta that shows where the compression ring . Please look at page 20.
