I have a 26X15X52 above ground pool in Northern New Jersey. What heat pump do you recommend? Thanks.

Hi Gary, This 62,000 BTU unit would be a good-sized unit for you if you are looking to extend your pool season by 1 month in the spring and 1 month at the end of the season.

    Thanks for the response. is there any down side to getting a bigger unit? Like a 95K or 110K?

      Hi Gary, No the larger unit will heat faster and bring your pool up to a higher temp. You do need to make sure you have a large enough breaker to handle the larger unit. Typically the largest breaker you will need is a 60 amp dedicated breaker.
