So...is this fixable without a replacement? Water is dripping off the top of that metal part and dripping pretty solid...heater not running but water flows through I think just when pump is running.

Is the leak at the pressure relief valve? You may need to replace it. I'm not sure those are repairable.

Even if you fix it, it won't last long, over the years it still leaks
