From the heavy duty EPDM 45 MIL (Fish Safe) liner to the 2,000-gph (gallons per hour) pump, you get only the highest quality pond components. Our MicroPond kits come in two sizes: a 400-gallon and an 800-gallon size. Simply excavate the hole, install the liner and accessories, add the rock and gravel around the pond, and you are ready to enjoy a professional-grade koy pond.
Everything you need is included in the kit, except for the rock, gravel, and power source. Complete installation and owner's manual are included. Kit comes complete with EPDM liner and protective underlayment, MicroSkimmer, MicroFalls filter, 2000-gph pump with 20 ft cord, pump plumbing assembly, 25-ft. of 1-1/2" kink-free pump, and silicone sealant.

The skimmer, waterfall and pump are manufactured by Aquascape Designs. The dimensions on the MicroSkim is 17.5 inches wide by 17.5 inches tall by 20 inches deep. The dimensions on the MicroFalls filter is 15 inches wide at the mouth of the filter by 20.5 inches wide at the back of the filter by 17 inches tall.

What are the dimensions and shape of a pond built by this kit?

The ND110 4 x 6 MicroPond Kit pond is approximately 4 ft x 6 ft. The liner for the pond will take the shape of the hole that you dig for the pond. This hole will be limited by the capacity of the kit which is 400 gallons of water.

How many koi fish should I get for this pond size?

The manufacturer recommends no more than 36 inches of fish in the 4 x 6 MicroPond. So for example, you could have six 6" fish or two 18" fish, or any combination that does not exceed a total of 36".
