Inyo
Pool Products Inc. ships most products via UPS or FedEx
ground. We do however use other carriers depending on the
item. Most shipment are received 7 – 10 business days
after the sale is placed. The time frame does vary however
depending on the time of the year. Inyo Pool Products Inc.
offers store pick up please contact us toll free at 1-877-372-6038
to arange for store pick up.
Please open and inspect your packages upon reciept. If freight
damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence
of the carrier to examine the product. If you find that
the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can
refuse your shipment. Any freight damaged product must be
reported to Inyo Pool Products within 7 days of recieving
your shipment. If freight damage is reported after 7 days
of recieving your shipment Inyo Pool Products will be unable
to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise.
When
choosing expedited shipping please keep the following in
mind:
Expedited
orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the following business
day. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not classified
as business days, for example if you placed an order via
2 Day Air on Thurday before 1 PM EST your order would be
delivered in 2 business days which would mean delivery on
Monday.
3 Day - Delivery by the end of the third
business day. An ideal mix of economy and guaranteed delivery.
2 Day - Delivery by the end of the second
business day. Ideal for shipments that do not need overnight
service.
Next Day Air - - Delivery by 10:30 AM,
12:00 PM, or end of day, depending on your location. Ideal
for shipments that must arrive earlier in the business day.
Next Day Saver - - Delivery by 3:00 PM
or end of day, depending on your location. Ideal for shipments
that require next business day delivery, but the time of
day is not critical.
Once you have supplied us with a shipping address, in most
cases the shipping company will not ship to a different
address. In cases where the shipping company can change
the shipping address once the order has shipped, the customer
will be responsible for any reconsignment fees charged by
the shipping company.
Shipping
to PO Boxes:
We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please make sure you
ship to a physical address so we can get your order shipped
out right away.
Shipping to a Military (APO, FPO) Address:
We cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.
Common
Carriers
Truck
Line or Common Carrier shipments are delivered to the front
of the driveway and are not delivered to the installation
site or to your garage.
Most consumers are unfamiliar with the process of receiving
shipments from common carriers. Common Carrier / Truckline
deliveries are shipped to the front of your driveway, trucking
company is not responsible for transporting your product
from the driveway to your house or equipment location. To
ensure immediate enjoyment of our products, here are a few
guidelines to follow.
When the carrier arrives you will have to:
Sign a receiving bill – also known as a Bill of Lading.
This serves as documentation that the order has been received.
This also serves as notice that the shipment has arrived
complete and in good condition. It is your responsibility
to take notice of any damage to the packaging however obvious
or minor and document that on your receiving bill. The receiving
bill also indicates how many pieces you will be receiving.
Make sure you have the same number of items listed on that
bill. If you do not have a matching count, this must be
documented on the receiving bill. Packing lists are attached
to every shipment.
If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging
in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If
you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at
which you can refuse your shipment. Consumers have the right
to refuse damaged shipments! When you refuse your shipment
you must notify the company from which you originally placed
your order.
If signing for a shortage, notify the company from which
you originally placed your order. A trace can be put on
the missing item and most are recovered quickly.
With the proper documentation of damage/shortage on your
receiving bill replacement orders can be expedited. Thank

International Shipping
The process for obtaining an international shipping quote
is quite simple. Add the items of interest to your shopping
cart by clicking the "buy now" button, then continue
the order process as if you are buying the
item(s). Your credit card would NOT be charged at this point.
You'll first receive an email that will list the shipping
charges to your country and inform you of any items that
cannot be shipped outside the US. You will then be given
the option to accept these charges to process the order
or decline them which would cancel it. Your credit card
will only be charged if you accept the freight.
Please note your electrical requirements 115V or 230V and
50 HZ or 60 HZ. Also note that international orders are
subject to any customs, tax or duties imposed by your local
government.

and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local
officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your
customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted
items.
