The warranty covers the shipping cost for a replacement blanket only for the first 8 months.The warranty for this solar blanket is through Midwest Canvas.

Is this cover one piece? Or are their panels that are sewn together? Also, is it actually 18', or is it larger? The last one I purchased (different brand) had to be cut.

These are actually 18 ft diameter and do have seams.

Most of the air pockets appear to be under inflated. As a result cover barley floats. Tends to be sucked under water when the filter is running
