Hello Steve - I spoke to the Technical Support at Coates Heater and was told that this is not a double throw. They do not carry them. The Normal Open / Normal Closed is not needed for their typical applications. Their suggestion is to check your local electronics suppliers.  Siemens was there supplier, but no more as of 2010. Now G.E. has taken over.
