Can I use this to reattach tiles in my spa spillway?

Hi Seth, for pool tile, I would suggest using a pool tile mortar or thin-set. You should be able to locate that at any local hardware store.

Hi Randy, unfortunately, this silicone must be applied on a dry surface to cure correctly.
