I have an NA312 Vac Head. Yesterday the white plastic end broke off. Do you sell parts for these? I don't need the entire unit.
Hi, Bill. Unfortunately, we do not sell parts for this unit. You will have to replace the entire unit.
just bought a new home - got pool resurfaced and creepy crawler wont climb out of deep section to clean the shallow area
There could be a number of reasons for this issue. The cleaner may need to be repaired already due to some course finish passing through the cleaner, the valves at the equipment may need to be adjusted or even a return jet may need to be adjusted to direct water flow to help push the cleaner to other areas in the pool. Typically builders to do not recommend for cleaners to be used when a pool is refinished right away though. I would suggest taking up possible warranty cleaner issues or even best recommendations for your scenario with the builder and or manufacturer of the cleaner.
can you please tell me do you sale it in Bangladesh and can you tell me the product country of origin.
and Brand name dear
The manufacturer of this vacuum head is Splash model NA312. We are strictly an online retailer and do not have retail stores where you can purchase this from.
I have dirt on bottom of pool. I have a vacuum head, but has brushes on the bottom of it, and it just stirs up the dirt in the water. Have a vinyl lining in the pool. I need a head that goes along the bottom of the pool and sucks the dirt up without stirring it up. What do you recommend? Thanks-
Hi Archie, Unfortunately, with a vinyl liner surface you can't use this Flexible Concrete Vac Head. All of the vacuum head for vinyl pools has brushes.

Pros: Pracitcal and workable
Cons: delivered product different from ordered product
Got a new vacuum head after 15 years of use on the old one. This new one provides adequate channels to keep the water flowing while vacuuming and not creating a suction lock to the bottom of the pool.
(4 out of 5 stars) Much-needed replacement

Pros: Solid workhorse
I bought this to replace an identical model that didn't make it out of winter storage this year in one piece. We have a fiberglass pool with many curves and rounded corners and it somehow gets everywhere it needs to go.

I needed to replace an old vac head and found this one at such a great price. I have used this product before and got great results even on curved areas and steps. the price is right.
