Is this the replacement motor for a Lifesmart LS200DX spa?

Hello Chuck. According to Lifesmart, the only compatible replacement pump is the 77406 Lifesmart Pump, 1.5 HP, 110V, 1-speed pump. The pump is only available through select distribution. If you wish to speak with them directly their phone number is 888-961-7727.
