What is your return policy if I purchase bulb replacement for my pool light and it is not the bulb that is the problem ?

Hi Dave. If it's not the bulb you can return it as long as it's unmarked and in "as new" condition with the packing materials within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping and handling charges. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number so if you have a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for your RMA # and return instructions.

The Pentair manual says to use the 12 volt lamp in the 120 volt system. Part number 79112400.
Is that true?

Hi Hugh, I believe that they are referring to the 12 volt model of your pool/ spa light. You want to match the voltage bulb with the voltage the fixture was rated at.
