Hello, This product is designed for use on plaster, gunite, fiberglass, or acrylic surfaces. There is no listing for a metal application.

Does this product come in color blue?

No we do not retail this product in a blue color. I did look on the manufacturer's website and did not find it available in other colors beyond Tan, White and Gray.
