Can you describe the diverter part of the valve (Ex.: does the rotating portion create a smooth curved 90 degree transition?
Will a 1.5 inch hose fit over the slip? Or is it 2 inch outer 1 5 inner?
I want to bypass my heater. Can I use any of the ports as the inlet ? Please explain. Thank you.
I have a 3-way diverter valve that I want to replace with one with that has unions since I'm replacing the entire pump. The valve has both 2" an 1-1/2" lines glued into the slip-on
Hi, Chuck. This valve can be used for 1-1/2" or 2" valve. I would recommend using all 2" pipe for the new installation.
Because I have an existing setup, and due to the fact I don't have much space to work with, I need to know the dimensions of the product to see if the diverter will fit my current set up.
the 3way valve i have is non unions,it has 1.5"pvc glued inside one of the outlet and 2" pvc glued outside of the valve. Can i replace with this valve that has unions?
Hello Romeo, All you would have to cut the original valve out and re-plumb the one with unions into you PVC.

Pros: quality, performance
These valves are slick. Electric heater on my old hot tub failed so bypassed it with 1 1/2 PVC. Using two of these valves I can divert heated water to pool or hot tub. The included unions were a plus, could not find these anywhere else.
