Hi Greg, A counterclockwise rotation decreases and a clockwise rotation increases the pressure needed to close and open the switch.

Will this switch work on a Teledyne Laars heater Model #EG325. XE?

Hi, The EG325 heater uses the Pressure Switch (2PSI) - R0013200.
